1. Name of the post:- Stenographer(Grade-C & D)
a) No of vacancy:- Go to website.
b) Age:- For Group c(18--30) years & For Group-D-(18--27) years.
c) Qualification:- 12th passed/Equivalent from a recognized board/Institute & knowledge of Typing in Hindi & English.
d) Remuneration:- As per norms.
Process of Selection:-
Candidates for SSC(Staff Selection Commission)recruitment of Stenographer(Group-C & D )will be selecting through computer based test(CBT), Physical test & Medical test. Candidates are required to go through the notification for details.
Application Fee:-
SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates are exempted from fee. For others it is--Rs 100.
Candidates have to apply online. For this they are required to go through the website--http://ssc.nic.in, read properly before apply(please follow annexure-III & IV).

2.There exists age relaxation for reserved categories. For SC/ST-05 years, For OBC--03 years & For PWD(Unreserved)-10 years.
3. There are many centres for examination. Address & website is given in the notification. Candidates should their exam centre mention properly in the application form.
4. Candidates have to bring two passport size color photograph & one photo ID (Voter card/Aadhar card/PAN/Passport) during documents verification.
