West Bengal Police(Govt of West Bengal) is recruiting in total 139 posts for the above mentioned categories under costal security scheme. Only male candidates who had retired from Indian Coast Guard/Indian Navy/ITBP(water wing)-- can apply in those posts.

1. Name of the posts:- a)Sub Inspector(crew comprising Master) b)Assistant Sub Inspector(Crew Engine driver). c) Constable(crew) 2. Age:-  45 years(max) as on 01.01.2020. There is age relaxation for the reserved categories like(SC/ST/BC) 3. Remuneration:- a) For Sub-Inspector:- Rs(32,100---82,900)p.m b) For Assistant Sub-Inspector-- Rs(27,000--69,800)p.m c) For Constable-- Rs(22,700--58,500)p.m For number of vacancies-category wise, candidates should visit the notification(link given below).

Process of Selection:-

West Bengal Police recruitment Board will select candidates on the basis of written test(75 marks) &  Interview(25 marks).  For written test 1 hour will be provided to the candidates to answer MCQ pattern of questions. After screening through written test, candidates will be called for interview to find out GK & suitability for the posts.

Verification of Character of Antecedents:-

All selected candidates will have to fill up a verification role which will be verified by concerned authority.

Medical Examination:-

All provisionally selected candidates are required to appear medical test at State Govt designated hospital.

Candidates must visit the website or go through the notification(link given below) to know the amount of fees & procedure for paying.

1.Candidates should have active phone number & email id. 2.Application fees can be paid to the Punjab National bank/UBI. 3.No TA/DA will be provided to the candidates in attending Written test/Interview. 4.Candidates (if short listed) have to download e- admit card from the website. Information will be sent through News paper & mobile  phone/email is(of the candidates). 5.
