West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission is going to recruit for the post of Head masters, Headmistress, Superintendents in their shortcoming notice.

A state level selection test will be done for the selection of those posts.

The West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission Act(2008) came into effect from 22.10.2008 for the recruitment of  Teachers/Headmasters/Headmistress in Jr & Senior High/Higher secondary Madrasah in West Bengal.

A Teacher under the act means a person holding a post under the act in madrasah in West Bengal & post means a whole time post which had been sanctioned for Headmaster/Headmistress/Super etc.

Qualification:- 1. For Headmaster/Headmistress(High & Higher Secondary Madrasah):- a) 45 % marks in MP(High Madrasah) & H.S . b) 40% marks in Graduation(Hons) or c) 45% marks in Post Graduation. 2. For Headmistress/Headmaster(Junior High Madrasah):- a) At least 45% marks in MP/H.S. b) 40% marks in Hons OR 45% marks in Pass Graduate c) B.Ed/B.T/PGBT, recognized by State Govt. 3.For Superintendent (Sr. Madrasah) a) At-least 45% marks in Alim/High Madrasah/Equivalent OR Fazil/Equivalent. b) 40% marks in Hon's OR 45% marks in Pass in Graduation level. c) B.Ed/PGBT recognized by NCTE/RCI

Age:- up-to 55 years(as on 01.01.2020).

Language knowledge & Experiences:-

At least 10 yeas experience in High/Jr/Higher Secondary school/Madrasah recognized by W.B govt.

Recommendation:-

Empaneled candidates under any category of Jr/High/Higher Secondary Madrasah & Senior madrasah will be done through Personality test & counselling.

Male candidates either select boys or co-ed schools/madrasah & Female candidates can select either girls/co-ed madrasah/schools & this will depend on the rank on counseling process.

Schedule of Test:-

Date/Time/schedule of examination  for Headmaster/Headmistress/Super will be announced/informed.

Application Fees:-

Rs 2500/- + Applicable charges-- for the posts of Headmaster/Head mistress/Superintendent & Rs 500 Applicable charges for PWD candidates.

Process of Selection:-

For Headmaster/Headmistress/Superintendent.

Selection will be through written test which will be consisting of Paper-I & Paper-II(Subjective/short type of questions ).

Paper-I  will have three parts(A,B & C) consisting of 14 marks each & 

Paper-II will have 13 marks (consisting MCQ type of questions).
