d) Pay Scale:- Rs (1,00,000--- 2,60,000) p.m, (Gr-E)

 

 

2. Name of the post:-   Senior Research Manager

 

a) No of vacancy:-   01(UR)

b) Age:- 40 years(max)

c) Qualification:- BE/ME(Mechanical  Engineering +11 years exp OR BE(Mechanical  Engineering) + 14 years of relevant  experiences.

d) Pay Scale:- Rs (90,000--- 2,40,000) p.m, (Gr-D)

 

 

 3.Name of the post:-   Research Officer

a) No of vacancy:-   02(UR)

b) Age:- 32 years(max)

c) Qualification:- Full time PhD in heterogeneous catalysis.

d) Pay Scale:- Rs (50,000--- 1,60,000) p.m, (Gr-A)

 

 

 

 

Process of Selection:-

 IOL Ltd will be selecting candidates through phases. There exists different criteria for mid level(Senior Research  Manager & Chief Research  Manager) & induction Level(Research Officer).

a) For Mid level( Senior Research Manager & Chief Research Manager):-

Depending upon situation, Candidates are required to go through two-tier(Virtual Interview &  Final in person interview )or One tier(Final In Person interview) process. Final In person interview process would reflect skills/aptitude/competence of the candidates for the job.

b) For Induction Level(Research Officer):-

 Candidate belongs to Induction level will be evaluated on the basis of specified screening methodology which is accessible in their corporate website.
